From being a gymnast at such a young age and participating in many other sports, to coaching gymnastics for the past 10 years along side pursuing sports coaching at Loughborough University, I’ve got a wealth of experience and knowledge. As a personal trainer, I bring that passion and understanding of the positive impact exercise can have on both the body and mind.
